Job Description: We are looking for passionate and competent CSE/MCA Faculty Members to join the academic teams of reputed engineering colleges in Bhubaneswar . The ideal candidates should possess strong fundamentals in computer science, hands-on coding ability, and domain expertise in at least one emerging technology area. Eligibility Criteria: Educational Qualifications: M.Tech (CSE or related fields) with 0–2 years of teaching/industry experience MCA with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in academia or industry Subject Expertise Requirements (Any combination of the following): Core Computer Science Subjects Data Structures, Algorithms, Operating Systems, DBMS, Computer Networks, OOPs, etc. Coding Skills (at least one, hands-on proficiency) C/C++, Java, Python, JavaScript, etc. Domain Knowledge (at least one of the following): Software Testing (ST) Cloud Computing Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (AI/ML) Blockchain Cyber Security Augmented Reality / Virtual Reality (AR/VR) Roles & Responsibilities: Teach and mentor undergraduate/postgraduate students in theoretical and practical aspects Develop hands-on lab exercises and project-based learning modules Guide students in academic projects, internships, and placements Contribute to curriculum enhancement in alignment with current industry standards Participate in departmental activities, seminars, and research initiatives Preferred Attributes: Effective communication and presentation skills Strong academic and industry orientation Passion for student success and continuous improvement Exposure to learning management systems and digital tools Compensation: Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and institutional policies .
