Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Bhopal. The Assistant Manager will handle daily operational tasks, supervise staff, ensure customer satisfaction, manage inventory, and support the implementation of marketing strategies. The role includes regular interaction with customers to provide personalized fragrance consultations and maintaining store presentation to reflect brand standards. Qualifications Strong leadership and staff management skills Customer service expertise and excellent communication skills Experience in retail operations and inventory management Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies Attention to detail and a passion for luxury fragrances Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is preferred Prior experience in the luxury retail industry is a plus
