Research Intern- UEBT Impact Study (Rajasthan) About the Project: As part of our commitment to the Union for Ethical BioTrade (UEBT) standards, we are undertaking an Impact Study in Rajasthan. This study will assess the socio-economic, environmental, and ethical trade impacts of our operations in alignment with UEBT requirements. We are looking for a highly motivated research intern from reputed academic institutions to independently lead this study. Key Responsibilities: Design and execute a research framework in line with UEBT standards. Conduct field visits and on-ground stakeholder engagement in Rajasthan. Gather quantitative and qualitative data through surveys, interviews, and secondary research. Analyze data to assess social, environmental, and economic impacts. Prepare a detailed, well-structured Impact Assessment Report compliant with UEBT guidelines. Present findings and recommendations to the organization. Eligibility Criteria: Currently pursuing or recently completed a master’s degree from reputed institutions in the fields of Social Sciences, Rural Development, Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Development Economics, or related disciplines. Strong academic track record and proven research aptitude. Experience or coursework in impact assessment, sustainability, or ethical trade preferred. Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage field research in rural/remote settings.
