Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to efficiently manage office operations and support management and staff. Responsibilities Mumbai-based Background:- The person will be responsible to make sales calls, Map business opportunities, Promote Tejas enterprise offering. He/She must build strong interpersonal relation with customer to secure sustainable business development. Create new opportunities, maintain funnel to improve conversion rate & drive revenue. Gather market information, coordinate with leadership team to evaluate feasibility of introducing newer product lines . Role & responsibilities :- Target: Meet or exceed assigned sales target from allocated accounts Product Knowledge: Get trained on identified applications, USPs for effective product promotion Business development: Develop new business in assigned account, identify other potential customers in the allocated geography. Person should possess ability to recognize customer needs and emerging trends Marketing Activity: Utilize marketing collaterals to position product lines, explore opportunity to demonstrate the high-end products, run sample validation with key end-customers from the portfolio offering. Account Management: Maintain & update customer database (CDB), analytical instrument database (IPD) for an efficient funnel management Administrative work: Provide quote to customer, documentation support for new customer onboarding, update customer on delivery timeline, revenue realization support with payment collection Preferred candidate profile Master or bachelors in science Experience in life science will be preferred Skills: Experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
