Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Security Officer based in New Delhi, with some flexibility for work from home. The Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining the security of the company premises, conducting routine security checks, monitoring surveillance systems, and ensuring the safety of personnel and property. Additionally, they will respond to alarms and emergencies, enforce access control, and develop security protocols and procedures. Qualifications Experience in security operations and monitoring surveillance systems Knowledge of access control systems and emergency response protocols Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure Physical fitness and the ability to conduct patrols as required Previous experience in a similar role or a background in law enforcement or military is a plus Certification in security training or related field is beneficial High school diploma or equivalent
