Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager at Jay Ambe family restaurant, located in Vadodara. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the restaurant adheres to health and safety regulations. Additional duties include staff training, scheduling, and handling customer complaints or concerns. The Manager will work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure efficient coordination and smooth operations. Qualifications Experience in managing restaurant operations and staff Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Customer service skills and the ability to handle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction Knowledge of inventory management and ordering supplies Understanding of health and safety regulations Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in a similar role is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus
