About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused CRM Executive and showroom host to join our Jawa yazdi bsa Motorcycles dealership team. The primary goal of this role is to manage, maintain, and optimize our customer database (CRM system) to enhance customer loyalty, drive repeat business, and support sales and service departments through targeted communication. Key Responsibilities CRM System Management: Ensure the dealership's CRM platform is accurate, up-to-date, and used consistently by the sales and service teams. Customer Data Integrity: Monitor and clean customer data, ensuring correct segmentation based on purchase history, service needs, and contact preferences. Retention Campaigns: Plan and execute targeted email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns for anniversaries, birthdays, new product launches, and service reminders to drive customer retention. Lead Tracking Support: Assist the Sales Team by tracking the progress of leads through the sales pipeline within the CRM, identifying bottlenecks, and generating follow-up reports. Customer Feedback: Manage the process for collecting and analyzing customer satisfaction (CSI) surveys and feedback to identify areas for operational improvement. Reporting: Generate regular reports on customer engagement metrics, campaign effectiveness, and lead conversion rates for management review. Requirements 1–3 years of proven experience in a CRM, Data Management, or Customer Service role (Automotive or Retail experience is highly preferred). Strong technical proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or industry-specific tools). Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail for data quality assurance. Strong written and verbal communication skills for campaign drafting and internal coordination. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related quantitative field.
