SAP Fiori/UI5 Developer Job Description Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled SAP Fiori/UI5 Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, enhancing, and maintaining SAP Fiori applications using SAP UI5, as well as knowledge of related tools and technologies such as OData services and SAP Gateway. You will be responsible for creating user-friendly interfaces and improving user experiences for our SAP applications. Key Responsibilities: Design & Development: Develop SAP Fiori applications using SAPUI5 framework based on SAP standards and guidelines. Design custom Fiori/UI5 apps by consuming OData services and integrating with SAP backend systems. Enhance existing Fiori apps to meet business requirements and improve performance. User Interface: Ensure the UI follows UX best practices and is responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for different devices (desktop, tablet, mobile). Work with SAP Fiori Elements, Smart Controls, and develop custom UI components when necessary. Integration: Develop OData services using SAP Gateway and connect with SAP backend systems (e.g., ECC, S/4HANA). Integrate Fiori apps with SAP workflows and business processes. Testing & Debugging: Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting for SAP Fiori/UI5 applications. Ensure applications run smoothly across multiple browsers and platforms. Collaboration: Work closely with backend developers, functional consultants, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Collaborate with SAP Basis teams for deployment and performance optimization of applications.
