You should have knowledge and expertise on front-end frameworks like React or Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS. It is essential to possess strong communication skills both verbal and written, along with strong relationship building, collaborative skills, and organizational skills. You must be capable of working as a member of a matrix-based, diverse, and geographically distributed project team. Moreover, proven hands-on experience in developing secure and scalable web applications using frameworks & libraries such as React, Redux, Spring MVC, JSF, Bootstrap, EXT JS, AngularJS, GWT, Backbone.js, etc., is required. It is important to demonstrate ethics and values to generate high team trust. Experience in shipping software with Agile practices and tools will be an advantage.
