Javascript Developer (React Developer)

As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying AI-driven applications to ensure scalability and performance. Your role will involve collaborating with business and operations teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. You will integrate generative AI models into products to enhance user experience and maintain and optimize existing systems by fixing bugs and implementing new features. Conducting code reviews, testing, and ensuring quality standards will be part of your routine. Additionally, you will be expected to prepare and maintain technical documentation, provide training and support, and gather user feedback for continuous improvement. Researching and evaluating emerging technologies to keep products innovative is also a key responsibility. Qualifications: - Bachelors in Computer Science/Engineering (Masters preferred). - Certifications in AI/ML/Data Science are an advantage. Experience: - 8-10 years in software development with a focus on AI-based applications. - Strong expertise in Front-end, particularly React. - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and implementing AI solutions.
