As a QA Automation Engineer at Capgemini, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software products through robust testing strategies. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining automated test scripts using WebdriverIO and Page Object Model. - Performing UI automation and API testing (REST/GraphQL). - Utilizing Photon SDK for testing activities. - Planning, executing, and reporting on test cycles to ensure product quality. - Working with Git version control and CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI and Jenkins. - Setting up and managing containerized testing environments using Docker. - Tracking and reporting defects using Jira and collaborating with teams for resolution. - Providing strong debugging and troubleshooting support during test cycles. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. - 4+ years of professional QA/testing experience. - Strong experience with automation testing frameworks, especially WebdriverIO. - Proficiency in Photon SDK testing tool. - Experience with Git, CI/CD tools, and Docker. - Detail-oriented with a quality-first mindset. - Collaborative team player with strong communication skills. - Self-motivated and able to work independently.
