Role & responsibilities The candidate should have overall 3+ years of experience implementing IdentityNow-based Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) projects . Experience in implementing at least two IAM (Identity and Access Management) engagements , including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and application support. Experience in configuring and managing IdentityNow components , including connectors, provisioning policies, lifecycle events, access reviews, certifications, and roles. Experience in integrating applications with IdentityNow for identity lifecycle management, access provisioning/deprovisioning, and access request workflows. Experience with SSO (Single Sign-On) and access management integrations using protocols such as SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect , ideally in hybrid or multi-cloud environments. Familiarity with integrating IdentityNow with on-premise and cloud-based target systems , such as Active Directory, LDAP directories (e.g., OpenDJ), databases, CSV files, REST APIs , and SaaS applications. Experience in developing rules and transforms in IdentityNow using BeanShell, JavaScript, or XML-based configurations . Experience working with IdentityNow APIs for reporting, provisioning, and extensibility. Familiarity with workflows and lifecycle event configuration within IdentityNow to support custom business processes. Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript and PowerShell for customization and connector extensions. Experience collaborating with stakeholders to define access certification campaigns , segregation of duties (SoD) policies, and compliance reporting.
