Technical specialist, Remote ( Hyderabad / Bangalore ) 8 yr experience Highlights skill is must to have Migrate/Modernize Java Backend Application from Mainframe to Azure. Minimum 1 year experience with JavaQuarkus. 1. Java Backend Development - Strong experience with Java (preferably version 11 or higher). - Proficiency in Spring Boot (REST APIs, dependency injection, security). - Familiarity with unit testing and TDD using JUnit, Mockito, and Testcontainers. 2. Database Management - Solid knowledge of SQL Server for schema design, query optimization, and stored procedures. - Experience with JPA/Hibernate and schema versioning tools like Flyway or Liquibase. 3. Caching and Messaging - Hands-on experience with Redis for caching and session management. - Integration with Azure Service Bus for asynchronous communication (queues, topics, dead-letter handling). 4. Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) - Containerization with Docker and deployment to AKS. - Familiarity with Helm charts, YAML configuration, and Kubernetes resource management. - Monitoring and observability using tools like Azure Monitor, Prometheus, or Grafana. 5. DevOps with GitHub - Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions. - Automating build, test, and deployment workflows. - Integration with Azure for continuous delivery. 6. Infrastructure as Code with Terraform - Experience writing and managing Terraform scripts for provisioning Azure resources. - Best practices in modularization, state management, and secure secrets handling.
