The teams operating from these centers have consistently delivered outstanding results in process quality and delivery capability, establishing a loyal customer base and a reputation for excellence. Skills & Qualifications: - B.E/B.Tech (Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications, Comp. Science)/MCA with a minimum of 5 years of experience. - Minimum 4-5 years of experience in working with the Pega platform, encompassing design, development, and implementation. - Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification is mandatory. - Profound understanding of the Pega platform, including case management, decisioning, and integration capabilities. - Proficiency in Java, SQL, and other programming languages commonly utilized in Pega development. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across all levels. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset to tackle technical challenges. - Previous experience in gathering client requirements and translating them into technical solutions. - Knowledge of Java/J2EE platform is considered advantageous. - Willingness to cross-skill and cross-train as per business requirements. Work Location: - Applicants must be open to working from Hyderabad/Bengaluru (Bangalore) locations. - Applicants should be willing to work during the second shift (2 pm - 11 pm).
