As a Cloud Service Technician, you will be responsible for understanding the requirements of cloud services, testing, integrating, and deploying implemented cloud services. You will also be analyzing performance, diagnosing and troubleshooting services, as well as entering and tracking defects. Your role will involve interacting with customers, vendors, partners, and development teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration. To excel in this role, you should have experience with technologies such as REST, Angular, Messaging, Databases, etc. Strong troubleshooting skills and issue isolation skills are essential for effectively identifying and resolving issues. Knowledge of load balancing, clusters, and building scalable systems will be crucial in optimizing cloud service performance. Additionally, familiarity with Linux administration is required to manage cloud services efficiently. Experience in tools like Selenium (IDE, RC, Web driver & Grid), Junit, TestNg, Java Framework, Mobile Testing, J2EE, SOAPUI, QTP will be beneficial for carrying out testing activities effectively. Strong programming skills in Java/Core Java will also be necessary for scripting and automation tasks.
