About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Java Full Stack Engineer to join our production support team. This role demands strong backend integration capabilities using REST APIs and API Gateways, along with solid experience in Angular and Spring Boot. The ideal candidate will be responsible for L2/L3 issue resolution, minor enhancements, and effort estimation for major enhancements in a high-availability environment. Key Responsibilities Technical Proficiency Hands-on experience in Java backend development using Spring Boot. Strong front-end development skills using Angular. Expertise in designing, integrating, and consuming RESTful APIs. Experience working with API Gateways (e.g., AWS API Gateway, Apigee, Kong). Solid understanding of SQL for data manipulation and troubleshooting. Production Support Experience Proven ability to manage real-time incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement quick fixes. Experience in L2/L3 support, including log analysis, performance tuning, and issue triaging. Familiarity with incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) and ticketing systems. Problem Solving & Troubleshooting Strong analytical and debugging skills for complex production issues. Ability to propose workarounds and permanent fixes effectively. Exposure to real-time production environments with high responsiveness. DevOps & Cloud Exposure (Nice to Have) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and deployment automation. Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for cloud-native troubleshooting and deployments. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in full stack development roles. Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and SQL. Experience with REST API integration and API Gateway configuration. Familiarity with Git-based workflows and automated testing frameworks. Preferred Qualifications Experience with containerization tools like Docker. Exposure to cloud-native development and microservices architecture. Experience working in agile environments with scrum-based delivery. Additional Requirements Flexibility to support application rollouts or incident resolution during non-standard hours. Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and deployment patterns. Strong collaborative mindset for cross-functional teamwork.
