JAVA TRAINER

Job Title: Software Trainer – Java, SAP, Python

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Software Trainer to deliver engaging and effective training sessions in Java, SAP, and Python. The ideal candidate will have hands-on development experience, a passion for teaching, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for learners at various levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical training sessions on Java, SAP (Functional/Technical Modules), and Python.
• Design and develop course content, exercises, and assessments.
• Customize training sessions based on audience skill level (beginner to advanced).
• Deliver both online and classroom-based sessions.
• Track and assess trainee performance through assignments and evaluations.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in Java, SAP, and Python technologies.
• Support learners with doubts, code reviews, and project mentoring.
• Collaborate with other trainers or tech leads for cross-domain sessions if required.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency and hands-on experience in Java and Python programming.
• Knowledge of SAP modules (at least one: ABAP, MM, SD, FICO, etc.) is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in corporate or academic training.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and interactively.
• Experience in developing training content, slides, and practice projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field(any degree).

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP Certification (optional but preferred).
• Experience using LMS platforms and screen recording tools.
