Job Summary We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Java Trainer to join our training institute in Thrissur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training on Java and related technologies to students and professionals, preparing course materials, and providing hands-on project guidance. Key Responsibilities Conduct online and offline one-to-one training sessions on Core Java, Advanced Java, JDBC, Servlets, JSP, Spring, Hibernate, etc. Design and develop training modules, assignments, and project work. Guide students through real-time projects and practical sessions. Monitor and evaluate trainees’ progress and provide feedback. Stay updated with current industry practices and Java technologies. Assist with student assessments, placement support, and career counseling when needed. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Strong command over Java (Core & Advanced). Good knowledge of frameworks like Spring and Hibernate. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Prior teaching/training experience is an added advantage. Ability to handle a class independently and manage batch progress.
