We are looking for a highly skilled Java Developer with strong expertise in designing and developing multi-tier, performance-sensitive enterprise applications . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across CRM, HRMS, Service Desk, and Technology Conversion Projects , with deep knowledge of Java/JEE technologies and strong problem-solving skills. This role requires the ability to build scalable, high-availability solutions, while ensuring adherence to best practices in performance tuning and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement multi-tier Java/JEE applications for enterprise-scale systems. Work on modules including CRM, HRMS, Service Desk, and Technology Conversion Projects . Troubleshoot issues, perform performance tuning , and apply best practices to ensure optimal system efficiency. Design and implement messaging systems, failover mechanisms, and recovery strategies . Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Build and optimize performance-sensitive applications for high throughput and low latency. Conduct unit testing using TestNG or JUnit to ensure code quality and stability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design service-oriented, load-balanced, and highly available solutions . Keep up-to-date with evolving technologies and provide inputs for technology conversion and modernization projects . Desired Skills Strong experience in Java 8 and JEE frameworks . Proficiency in JMS, JSP, Servlets, SQL/PLSQL basics . Expertise in Java performance tuning, multithreading, and collections . Hands-on experience with any J2EE application server . Experience with automated unit testing (TestNG, JUnit). Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3 for front-end integration. Familiarity with FX/MM/FI market and financial products (highly desirable). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proven ability to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications .
