Job Description

As an experienced software development professional with over 10 years of hands-on experience, you will be responsible for developing consumer-facing, reliable, and scalable products. Your role will also involve managing teams of technologists and engineers, with a strong understanding of engineering software processes and methodologies such as agile, waterfall, SCRUM, configuration management, release management, and systems verification and testing. You must have mastery of multiple programming languages, including Java and at least one front-end framework such as Angular. Your experience with AWS/AZURE/GCP, Bash, Linux, CICD pipelines, and strong communication skills will be essential for this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop, manage, and retain a team of highly inquisitive technologists by providing mentoring and coaching. - Collaborate with architects, product managers, and other stakeholders to define design approaches aligned with the customer-centric product vision. - Ensure understanding and implementation of best engineering and documentation practices. - Coordinate with peers for seamless integration of functional workflows. - Drive successful incremental product releases, meet deadlines, and optimize investments while ensuring quality through efficient team and resource management. - Evaluate and mitigate risks and vulnerabilities during the software development process by following industry best practices. **Qualifications Required:** - 10+ years of hands-on software development experience - 7+ years of managerial experience leading technologists and engineers - Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot - Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular - Strong understanding of AWS/AZURE/GCP, Bash, Linux, and CICD pipelines - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills If there are any additional details about the company in the job description, please provide them.,
