- Role: Technical Project Manager
- Experience: 12-15 years
Mandatory Requirements
- 6+ years proven experience in managing multiple projects Or programs with ability to multi task
- In-depth knowledge of the Java programming language, Spring Boot, Microservices, and related technologies.
- Exceptional delivery and risk management experience
- Develop delivery plans, monitor their health and evaluate risks
- Good understanding of Agile Scrum methodology, project management tools, techniques and methods
- Excellent knowledge in integration with upstream and downstream processes and systems
- Ensure compliance to establish standards, quality goals and other defined processes
- Ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders towards desired business outcomes
- Ability to navigate through complex environment, meeting stakeholders, converging ideas into concrete plans
- Assist delivery functions to achieve their delivery goals
- Self-driven, be able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Solution oriented individual with excellent communication and analytical skills
- Flexible and adaptable working style to work with multiple stakeholders
- Flexible to work in UK Shift hours
