Mandatory Skills:

• Solid technical expertise in Java and Oracle, with extensive experience working in the banking domain, enabling effective delivery of banking solutions and projects
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, understand client requirements, communicate effectively, and ensure successful project delivery while managing expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Java and Oracle solutions within the banking domain.
• Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Act as the technical point of contact for clients, managing requirements, expectations, and successful project delivery
• Oversee end-to-end project execution, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals and recommend improvements for scalability and performance.
