What Youll Be Doing

• Lead with Purpose:

  Provide expert technical guidance to development teams and ensure engineering best practices are followed.

• Architect Scalable Solutions:

  Design and build cloud-based, scalable, and secure applications using

  AWS

Key Requirements:

• Education:

  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience:

  Minimum

  10 years

  of industry experience in software development and systems design.

• Technical Expertise:

• Architectural Knowledge: Proven experience in designing scalable and high-performance

  AWS

  cloud-based solutions and CMSs like Drupal.
• Strong programming experience in

  Java, PHP or Python

  .
• Strong experience in designing integrated systems using

  event driven or service-oriented

  Architecture

  .
• Extensive experience with

  CI/CD tooling

  , code quality improvements, and peer review practices.

• Genuine interest and knowledge in software development best practices.

• Experience in Information Security standards, Web Accessibility, and Responsive Design.

• Experience with AI technologies is a plus.
