As a Tech Lead with Capgemini, you will be involved in leading the development and cutting-edge web applications, leveraging advaced skills to architect user centric interfaces and provide technical leadership for projects.
Ruby on Rails or Java Developer - 6+ years of experience
Expert experience in coding using languages and frameworks such as Java 21 with Spring Boot or Ruby on Rails 7 with ERB.Advanced understanding of domain driven design and object-oriented programming.Intermediate or above understanding of front-end technologies like Angular and React, TypeScript, HTML and server-side CSS pre-processors is highly recommended.Advanced experience with RESTful APIs, ActiveRecords and RSpec or Hibernate and JUnitAdvanced understanding of web security concepts like OIDC, SSL and role-based security is recommended.Good communication and interpersonal skills, ideally experienced with working in intercultural teams.
