Job Description

Role Overview: As a Lead Backend Developer at the company, you will be responsible for guiding teams and delivering high-quality software at scale. Your expertise in backend development using Java Spring Boot, combined with strong hands-on experience in PostgreSQL and MongoDB, will be crucial for success in this role. Additionally, your deep understanding of microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and API Gateway will help in building robust and scalable systems. Key Responsibilities: - Proficiency in authentication mechanisms such as JWT, OAuth, and SSO - Implementing security best practices - Familiarity with message brokers like RabbitMQ/Kafka and caching solutions such as Redis and Memcached - Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP - Strong leadership skills, including mentoring team members, effective task delegation, and driving engineering excellence at the team level - Guiding teams across architecture, development, and delivery - Proven track record in team mentoring Qualifications Required: - Expertise in backend development using Java Spring Boot - Hands-on experience in PostgreSQL and MongoDB - Deep understanding of microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and API Gateway - Experience with message brokers, caching solutions, CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud platforms - Strong leadership skills and ability to drive technical execution and team performance - Thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments with a focus on quick turnarounds, continuous integration, and agile decision-making,
