Company:

Brief of the Role

Provide

Ensure seamless functioning and high availability of retail digital banking applications across multiple customer touchpoints.

Collaborate closely with business, IT, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution and enhancement deployment.

Job Responsibilities

1 Support the newly introduced

6 Maintain coordination with vendors, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and quick turnaround.

7 Prepare support documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge base for recurring issues.

Required Skills & Technical Expertise

Proficient in

Java, PL/SQL, Web Services, Angular, React JS.
Exposure to

Android and iOS (mobile technologies)

preferred.
Knowledge of

Digital Banking Channels

(Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Payments, etc.).
Understanding of

banking domain and operational processes.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in

Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
