As an Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst at the company, your main responsibility will be to collaborate with the Technology team to establish and implement new or updated application systems and programs. You will contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities, including conducting feasibility studies, estimating time and costs, IT planning, risk technology, applications development, and model development. Additionally, you will be involved in monitoring and controlling all phases of the development process, providing user and operational support, analyzing complex problems, evaluating business processes, and recommending security measures post-implementation. Your role will also involve consulting with users/clients and other technology groups to recommend advanced programming solutions, define operating standards and processes, and act as an advisor to new or lower-level analysts. You will have the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision, exercise independence of judgment, and serve as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and team members.
