You should have at least 10-12 years of extensive JAVA/JEE design and development experience, along with a minimum of 3 years of prior lead experience with small and large teams. Your hands-on experience should include technologies such as Core Java, Java springs, XML, JSON, Messaging, web services, ESB, Design Patterns, SOA, REST, Micro services, Agile, Automated Unit Tests, Digital API Strategy, Enterprise Integration Experience, DevOps, and SOAP. In addition, you should have experience in NoSQL database platforms like Mongo and Redis, as well as expertise with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), API Management, and microservices. Experience with source code control systems such as Git or Subversion is required, along with familiarity with an Agile development environment. Your skills should also include experience with extreme programming, test-driven development, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and related techniques. Familiarity with provisioning and deployment automation technology stack like Ansible or Chef, Puppet, etc., is desired. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues or escalating and partnering with appropriate technology teams to provide solutions. The ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment is essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to present technical and non-technical information clearly and concisely. Having broad technical experience and exposure with the ability to learn new technology tools and concepts quickly is important. Familiarity with public cloud service offerings such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
