Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Java Spring Boot Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture, along with a strong ability to guide development teams and ensure alignment with business goals. This role requires a combination of technical leadership, hands-on development, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Architecture Design: Define and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance application architectures using Java and Spring Boot.

Microservices Development: Design and develop microservices-based solutions, ensuring seamless integration and communication between services.

Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Integration: Develop and manage integrations with third-party systems, APIs, and enterprise platforms.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Documentation: Create and maintain architectural documentation, including design patterns, workflows, and system diagrams.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging technologies and frameworks to drive innovation and efficiency.
