Java Solution Architect

Role:

Responsibilities:

• Architectural Design:

  Design and architect scalable, high-performance, and robust solutions using Java and related technologies.

• Product Development:

  Lead the development and integration of products, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.

• Cloud Integration:

  Utilize AWS services to build and deploy cloud-based solutions, ensuring scalability and reliability.

• Database Management:

  Design and manage databases using Postgres, ensuring data integrity and performance.

• Messaging Systems:

  Implement and manage messaging systems using Kafka for real-time data processing and integration.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to define technical requirements and deliverables.

• Technical Leadership:

  Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

• Quality Assurance:

  Ensure solutions are tested and meet quality standards, implementing best practices for code quality and performance.

• Documentation:

  Create and maintain architectural documentation, technical specifications, and other relevant documentation.

• Continuous Learning:

  Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve solutions.

Qualifications:

• Experience:

  12+ years of experience in solution architecture and product development, with a strong focus on Java.

• Technical Expertise:

  Proficiency in Java, AWS, Postgres, and Kafka, with a deep understanding of their integration and application.

• Problem-Solving:

  Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to design innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.

• Leadership:

  Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide development teams.

• Communication:

  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Adaptability:

  Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

• Education:

  A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
