You should have at least 3+ years of development experience with expertise in .NET 2.0, C#, .Net 2.0 Class Library, OOP, Ajax, VB, SQL Server, ASP.Net, and ADO.Net. IT Product Development Experience would be an added advantage. It is essential to have excellent understanding at an advanced level of XML, XSLT, XSD, Java Script/Query, HTML/CSS, Web Services & Multi-Threading. As a part of the team, you will be responsible for support, development, and enhancement of projects. You will need to conduct in-depth analysis, maintain design and development standards, and provide technical code documentation. Additionally, you should be able to work independently with minimal supervision and also as part of a team. Client relationship maintenance will be required on a need basis. Your responsibilities will also include defining application architecture, resolving high-level technical issues, determining data requirements, and structure. You will work on Proof of Concept (POC) for new initiatives, manage complex applications, and handle technology risk management and mitigation.
