Java requirements

As a Product Technical Lead / Technical Manager in the Electric Vehicle (EV) domain, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Ability to provide solutions based on high-level problem statements. - Ability to build robust large-scale distributed systems with Java. Candidates for this role must have the following qualifications: - Strong understanding of Algorithms and Data Structures used in Java applications. - Good knowledge in RDBMS, No-SQL databases, Object-Oriented design and development (OOA/OOD). - Development expertise on Advanced Java, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Microservices, Webservices, JPA, Hibernate, and other similar technologies. - Technical experience in understanding infrastructure, architecture, planning and designing, covering both on-premise and cloud stack. - Knowledge of design patterns and principles (e.g., SOLID). In addition to the above qualifications, the following preferred qualifications are desirable: - Define short-term and long-term product roadmap with faster time-to-market. - Good communication skills with the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner to all stakeholders. - Proven experience in managing agile projects. - Work with Product and Program Managers to develop and evolve the vision and strategy for the team.
