As a Java + React Js Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in software development using Java and React Js. Your responsibilities will include understanding business requirements, preparing specification and design documents, writing well-designed and testable code, and mentoring junior team members when required. You should have a strong technical background in coding and the ability to hand code from scratch. Additionally, you must have enthusiasm for coding, good logical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills for client, stakeholder, and team member interactions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop software using Java and React Js - Understand and analyze business requirements - Prepare specification and design documents - Write well-designed and testable code - Mentor and guide junior team members - Work in flexible hours if required (No night shifts) - Ensure code quality with CI/CD practices - Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality solutions - Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in software development **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Applications - Minimum 3 years of experience in Java and React Js development - Strong hands-on experience in Java programming - Familiarity with Web Services (REST, SOAP), SpringBoot, Hibernate, and other related technologies - Knowledge of AWS common services (SNS, EC2, RDS, Aurora) and Git - Proficiency in JUnit testing and object-oriented programming - Additional Skills in databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle), Microservices Architecture (Docker), DevOps, Data Structures and Algorithms, Jenkins, Sonarqube, Terraform, and Circle CI Please note that the job is located in Indore, USA and is a full-time position with 5 openings available.
