JAVA Project Lead

As a Team Leader for Development at Caerus IT Consulting, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing development teams to deliver high-quality solutions. As a qualified candidate, you should possess: - At least 10 years of experience leading development teams. - Excellent technical knowledge and hands-on experience with Core Java, Python, and NodeJS. - Hands-on experience with AI/ML projects and familiarity with OpenAI API preferred. - Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies. - Proficiency in creating and reviewing Technical and Functional Design Requirements documents. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage project requirements effectively. - Experience with implementing best practices and coding standards. - Scrum Master certification or experience is a strong plus. - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
