Implement and oversee **automated testing frameworks** for continuous validation. Design and manage **CI/CD pipelines** for efficient and reliable deployments. Define, manage, and track project requirements using **JIRA**. Lead Agile delivery with Planning, 2-week sprints, and dedicated hardening sprints.
