Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of Java-based applications using Spring Framework and other related technologies.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Architect, develop, and maintain robust and scalable solutions.
Write efficient, well-documented, and reusable code following best practices.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, perform debugging, and optimize performance.
Work in an Agile environment, participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with other teams (e.g., QA, UI/UX) for smooth integration and deployment.
Utilize SQL for database-related tasks such as writing queries, designing schemas, and optimizing database performance.

Mandatory Skills:

Java:
Strong proficiency in Java, including experience with object-oriented design and multi-threading.
Spring Framework:
In-depth experience in Spring Core, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security.
SQL:
Solid experience in writing complex SQL queries, understanding database design, and optimizing performance.
