Java FullStack with React.js & AWS ! 5+ Yrs

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong background in Java and AWS technologies to support and enhance our contact center applications and automation workflows. This role involves both backend and frontend development, with a particular focus on serverless architecture and cloud security best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and remediate vulnerabilities in AWS Lambda functions and cloud services.
• Design, develop, and deploy serverless applications using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and other AWS-native services.
• Support and enhance full-stack solutions, including both frontend and backend components.
• Collaborate with operations teams to troubleshoot and optimize AWS Connect call flows and integrations.
• Follow and enforce cloud security best practices (IAM policies, encryption, least privilege, etc.).
• Automate business processes using Step Functions, EventBridge, and API Gateway.
• Integrate and manage CI/CD pipelines via tools like AWS CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Maintain detailed documentation of system architecture, code, and security fixes.
• Conduct code reviews to uphold code quality, performance, and security standards.
• Participate in multiple development initiatives simultaneously and provide expertise on system design and customization.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development with Java, Python, .NET, or similar technologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Python for backend development is highly preferred.
• Expertise in AWS serverless architecture, including Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, and CloudFormation.
• Experience with frontend frameworks like React, Vue.js, or modern JavaScript libraries.
• Familiarity with vulnerability remediation, OWASP security principles, and cloud security compliance.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or AWS CDK.
