Java Fullstack Technical Lead/Architect

As a Technical Lead at a Products MNC specializing in BFSI risk compliance based in Hyderabad, your primary responsibility will be to provide technical leadership and direction to the development team. This includes ensuring the adoption of best practices, making sound architectural choices, and maintaining code excellence. You will also be crafting clean, effective, and sustainable code in alignment with industry-standard coding practices. Collaboration with diverse teams to understand system elements, interdependencies, and implementation requirements will be crucial. Conducting code reviews to guarantee adherence to coding standards, identify enhancement opportunities, and offering mentorship to team members will be part of your routine tasks. Additionally, you will be expected to address complex technical challenges and performance issues by providing innovative solutions swiftly. Troubleshooting and resolving production problems to prevent service disruptions will also be essential. Timely delivery of high-quality software and guiding and mentoring fellow developers for their growth will be key aspects of your role. Engaging with product managers and Product Owners to comprehend customer needs, translate requirements into technical specifics, and contribute to product evolution will also be part of your responsibilities. Your role will involve leading initiatives for continuous improvement, optimizing development processes, enhancing software quality, and increasing team efficiency. Qualifications and Skills: - 12+ years of expertise in Java development with strong logical and analytical capabilities - Proficiency in Full Stack Development with hands-on experience throughout your professional journey - Effective team leadership skills with coordination abilities - In-depth understanding of application design, architectural best practices, and design patterns - Proficiency in Spring and Spring Boot framework deployment, along with expertise in ORM frameworks like Hibernate - Familiarity or foundational knowledge of the Angular framework - Strong SQL skills, including query performance tuning - Experience in crafting JUnit test cases - Demonstrated technical leadership with a history of steering development teams and resolving technical challenges - Sound understanding of agile software development methodologies - Hands-on experience with Restful APIs and a strong grasp of development standards (Note: The company is currently conducting daily drives for this position, and the job offers a hybrid/WFO mode of work.),
