Java Fullstack Lead Developer

The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst position is a senior-level role responsible for implementing new or updated application systems and programs in collaboration with the Technology team. The main goal is to oversee applications systems analysis and programming activities. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with various management teams to ensure seamless integration of functions to achieve objectives and identify necessary system enhancements for deploying new products and process enhancements. - Resolve high-impact problems/projects by evaluating complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards. - Provide expertise in the field and advanced knowledge of applications programming, ensuring that application design aligns with the overall architecture blueprint. - Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow to establish coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards. - Develop a comprehensive understanding of how different areas of business integrate to achieve business goals. - Conduct in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and devise innovative solutions. - Act as an advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, distributing work as needed. - Evaluate risks when making business decisions, with a focus on protecting the firm's reputation and assets by ensuring compliance with laws, rules, and regulations, ethical conduct, and transparent management of control issues. Qualifications: - 13+ years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis, particularly in Java Technologies including SpringBoot & Microservices. - Proficiency in React JS. - Extensive experience in system analysis and software application programming. - Track record of managing and implementing successful projects. - Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development. - Ability to adapt priorities quickly based on circumstances. - Demonstrated leadership and project management skills. - Consistent demonstration of clear and concise written and verbal communication.
