Job Description

As a Backend Developer at Capgemini, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs. Your responsibilities will include: - Building responsive and dynamic user interfaces utilizing React.js, Redux, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). - Ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend components for optimal performance, scalability, and security. - Participating in code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD processes to maintain high-quality standards. - Collaborating with UX designers, product owners, and QA teams to deliver exceptional solutions. - Troubleshooting and resolving issues in both development and production environments. Your profile should ideally include: - Hands-on experience with Java 8, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, SQL, Microservices architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, and Team lead experience. - Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration, along with knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI frameworks. - Hands-on architecture experience with familiarity in various design patterns and the ability to apply them effectively. - Experience with Azure Native Application Development, Git, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), and Agile methodologies. - Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like AWS/Azure is a plus. - Excellent communication and strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
