Java FullStack Architect

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining full-fledged software platforms that can function independently without relying on third-party applications. In this role, you will work on both the front-end and back-end development processes, utilizing a variety of technologies and languages such as Java, Springboot, microservices, and cloud with Angular or React. Your key responsibilities will include strategic architectural design, leading the design and development of complex, enterprise-level software systems. You will evaluate emerging technologies, recommend optimal architectural patterns, and ensure that software solutions align with business requirements and long-term goals. Additionally, you will provide technical leadership by mentoring and guiding junior developers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and making data-driven decisions to optimize system performance and scalability. As a Full Stack Architect with 10-15 years of total experience, you will drive the technical vision, lead the development team, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable software solutions that meet business objectives. Immediate to 30 days notice period would be preferred for this role. You will be involved in hands-on coding and implementation of front-end, back-end, and database components, developing robust APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications. It will be your responsibility to implement security measures, ensure compliance with industry standards, identify opportunities to refactor and modernize existing systems, automate deployment pipelines, streamline DevOps processes, conduct code reviews, and provide constructive feedback to the team. Furthermore, you will be expected to document technical specifications, design patterns, and implementation details, as well as conduct training sessions and workshops to upskill the development team. Staying updated on the latest Java ecosystem and sharing industry insights will also be part of your role. Experience in Enterprise architecture would be a plus for this position.
