As an Enterprise Architect - SAP HANA Specialist, your role will involve providing strategic architectural direction and guiding critical decision-making processes across global teams. Your deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and ability to define and champion enterprise-level solutions will be crucial in this heavyweight role. Key Responsibilities & Expectations: - Global Architectural Leadership: - Act as a key contributor within global architecture teams, ensuring alignment of solution architecture with the overall enterprise strategy. - Complex Integration Design: - Design and oversee the architecture for complex, multi-product integrations, giving significant emphasis on connecting SAP HANA systems with various non-SAP applications and platforms. - Solution Definition and Documentation: - Define and document comprehensive Process Flows, Data Flows, and Integration Points across the enterprise to ensure clarity and consistency for development and operations teams. - Strategic Evaluation and Recommendation: - Conduct thorough evaluations of architectural options, meticulously assessing the pros and cons of different components and approaches. Present clear, compelling architectural views and recommendations to stakeholders to ensure chosen components effectively meet defined business outcomes. Required Experience & Qualifications: - Experience: - A minimum of 15 to 20 years of progressive experience in IT architecture, with a significant focus on large-scale enterprise environments. - SAP HANA Expertise: - Deep, demonstrable expertise as an SAP HANA Architect, covering solution design, performance optimization, and integration strategies. - Global Collaboration: - Proven experience collaborating with and providing direction to geographically dispersed, Global Architecture Teams. - Cross-Platform Integration: - Must have multiple examples of successfully delivered projects involving the integration of SAP HANA with diverse non-SAP products and technologies. - Architectural Documentation: - Extensive experience in defining, documenting, and managing Process Flows, Data Flows, and Integration Points in a complex enterprise setting. - Stakeholder Communication: - Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical recommendations and trade-offs to both technical and executive audiences. Preferred Certifications: - Certifications are a strong plus and demonstrate a commitment to standardized architectural practices: - TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) - SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework or similar SAP-specific certifications.,
