Key Responsibilities

• Training Delivery:

  Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, engaging training sessions on the complete Java Full Stack curriculum.

• Curriculum Management:

  Review and update existing training materials to ensure they are current with the latest industry trends and best practices.

• Practical Coaching:

  Conduct hands-on labs, coding exercises, and real-world project simulations to build practical skills.

• Assessment:

  Evaluate candidate progress through assignments, quizzes, and mock interviews, providing constructive feedback.

• Mentorship:

  Act as a mentor to trainees, guiding them through complex concepts and preparing them for the professional environment.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum

  2+ years

  of professional experience in training or working as a Java Full Stack Developer.

• Mandatory Technical Expertise:

• Core Java (OOPs, Collections, Multithreading)
• J2EE/Backend Technologies (Servlets, JSP, Spring Boot, Microservices)
• Front-End Technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern framework like React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Database Management (SQL, JDBC, ORM tools like Hibernate/JPA).
• Tools & Practices (Git, Maven/Gradle, REST APIs).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to manage a classroom environment, handle diverse learning needs, and maintain high engagement.

• Must be available for immediate joining

  and commitment to the training schedule in Kurnool.
