Java Full Stack Solution Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Java Full Stack Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of modern, AI-driven enterprise solutions. This role is embedded within the Enterprise Architecture Team, playing a pivotal part in shaping technology strategies, leading high-performing engineering teams, and engaging directly with clients across pre-sales and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Design scalable, secure full-stack architectures (Java, Spring Boot, React/Angular, Microservices).
- Integrate AI-driven features (chatbots, recommendations, intelligent search). - Lead cloud-native architecture and modernization initiatives. - Engage in pre-sales, RFP responses, and client workshops. - Mentor developers and junior architects; review code and designs. - Prototype AI components and guide their implementation. - Collaborate across teams to deliver AI-enabled digital platforms. - Advise on enterprise AI roadmap and innovation strategy.

Required Skills & Experience

- Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, React/Angular, GraphQL.
- Python proficiency for AI/ML prototyping and integration. - Hands-on with AI/ML services and APIs from AWS (e.g., Bedrock, SageMaker, Comprehend), Azure (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services), and GCP (e.g., Vertex AI, PaLM API). - Expert in Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform. - Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP including compute, storage, networking, and AI/ML services. - Hands-on with serverless architecture using AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, or Google Cloud Functions.

- Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, AWS SNS/SQS, Google Pub/Sub, and MQTT protocol. - Experience with vector databases and traditional/cloud databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, Cosmos DB, MongoDB, Redis etc.,). - Strong understanding of event-driven architecture, stream processing, and real-time data handling.

- Strong understanding of enterprise security across on-prem and cloud environments, including:

- IAM (AWS IAM, Azure AD, GCP IAM), network security (VPCs, NSGs, firewalls)
- Encryption (at rest and in transit), OAuth2, OIDC, SSO, API security best practices - Integration with enterprise identity systems (LDAP, Active Directory) - Compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA, etc., ), DevSecOps, and secure SDLC

- Hands-on with monitoring, logging, and observability tools including Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK Stack, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, GCP Operations Suite, OpenTelemetry etc.,
