Job Description

Full Stack Technical Lead (Java + React)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end application architecture, design, and development
Build robust backend services using
Java & Spring Boot
Develop responsive UI using
React, Redux, and Hooks
Design and implement
Microservices-based architectures
Work on
AWS cloud services
for deployment, automation, and scalability
Ensure coding standards, code reviews, and best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for delivery and problem-solving
Mentor and guide junior engineers

Requirements:

8+ years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, Redux, Hooks
Solid understanding of Microservices architecture
Good experience with AWS (Lambda, ECS, S3, CloudWatch, etc.)
Strong knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
