Role Overview

Java Full Stack Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of full-stack applications using Java/Spring Boot (backend) and Angular/JavaScript (frontend).
  
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of developers.
  
• Work closely with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
  
• Oversee code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to best practices.
  
• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
  
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
  
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and Agile ceremonies.
  
• Ensure high-quality documentation, including design specifications and technical guides.
  
• Continuously explore new tools, technologies, and practices to improve team efficiency.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–10 years

  of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in

  Java

  ,

  Spring Boot

  ,

  RESTful API development

  .
• Solid experience with

  Angular (8+)

  and

  JavaScript/TypeScript

  .
• Good understanding of

  HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design

  .
• Experience with

  Microservices architecture

  and related best practices.
• Strong knowledge of

  SQL/NoSQL databases

  such as Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with

  CI/CD pipelines

• Experience with

  cloud platforms

  (AWS/Azure/GCP) is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead development teams.
  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of interfacing with business and technical stakeholders.
  

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of financial domain or fintech products.
  
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized deployments.
  
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (JUnit, Jasmine, Karma, etc.).
