As a Java Full Stack Lead Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading the development of high-quality, scalable, and reliable Java-based full-stack applications. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the entire development lifecycle, designing and implementing client-side and server-side architectures, mentoring junior developers, collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring code quality, troubleshooting and resolving issues, optimizing application performance, staying updated with industry trends, contributing to project planning, and providing technical direction. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Development: Oversee the development lifecycle from design to deployment. - Architect and Design: Design client-side and server-side architectures. - Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance. - Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders. - Code Quality: Write clean, well-documented, and testable code. - Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly. - Performance Optimization: Optimize application performance for scalability. - Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends and technologies. - Project Management: Contribute to project planning and resource allocation. Qualifications Required: - 8-12 years of Java Full stack application development experience - Expertise in Java / JEE, Angular, PL/SQL, DB Modelling, Workflow Management, Messaging Queue (Kafka), Distributed Caching, Micro Services - Strong knowledge of Java programming, Front-End Technologies, relational databases, and microservices Architecture You will have the opportunity to operate with a limited level of direct supervision, exercise independence of judgment and autonomy, act as an SME to senior stakeholders and team members, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
