Role Summary

Application Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a

  Subject Matter Expert (SME)

  on application development.
• Lead the design, build, and configuration of applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Own and drive technical decisions for your team and influence multiple teams.
• Provide innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of projects.
• Mentor and guide team members for skill development and growth.

Must Have Qualifications

• Minimum 3

  years of experience

  in

  Java Full Stack Development

  .
• Strong proficiency in:

• Java 8 and above

• Spring / Spring Boot / Hibernate

• Front-end frameworks

  : Angular, React.js

• RESTful APIs

• Cloud platforms

  : AWS or Azure

• Database systems

  : MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• Experience with

  DevOps tools

  (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
• Exposure to microservices architecture

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of NoSQL databases beyond MongoDB
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience in performance tuning and scalability solutions.
