Roles and Responsibilities : Lead the development team in designing, developing, testing, and deploying Java-based microservices architecture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure high-quality code reviews and adherence to coding standards within the team. Troubleshoot complex issues related to application performance, scalability, and reliability. Job Requirements : 6-15 years of experience in Java development with expertise in Spring Boot framework. Strong understanding of React.js frontend technologies for building user interfaces. Experience working on large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines. Proven track record of leading a team of developers towards successful project delivery.
