Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience designing and developing user interfaces using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
• 3-5 years of experience in API integration and development using Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices design principles, with hands-on experience in building scalable and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with GenAI, chatbot frameworks and applications of LLMs is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions to complex challenges.
• Experience working in Agile environments, delivering iterative solutions using Agile methodologies.
• Strong commitment to quality, with experience in code reviews, test-driven development (TDD), and continuous improvement of development practices.
• Experience with at least one cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience with relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including mentoring junior developers and coordinating cross-functional teams.
